In the beginning, before the ocean had a shore and before the sky had a name, there was NÜT. She arched her body across the heavens and from her skin fell every star that has ever made a woman stop and feel something she could not explain.
Who she was
She Was Never Just a Goddess
In ancient Egypt, NÜT was everything above and everything below. She was the sky that swallowed the sun every night and gave it back every morning. She was the sea before the sea had boundaries.
She was also told she was too much. Too wide. Too expansive. Too infinite to be contained.
She wore it anyway.

Why NÜT Exists
NÜT was born at the edge of the water — the exact place where you stop thinking and start feeling. Where the waves do not ask if you are ready and the sun does not wait for your permission to make you glow.
We created NÜT for the woman who has been told she is too much.
